Rectify IT were called into the center to install wireless internet connection to enable the center computers to network between them. We were also experiencing problems with our desktop, with slow loading and continual pop ups hampering our day to day work. We contacted Rectify IT following a recommendation from a member of staff, from the first call made to Rectify IT to completion of the work they offered a comprehensive and professional service. The engineer that came to the center kept us informed throughout, keeping us updated of any changes and exactly what was happening. We are now able to use the center it equipment to its full capacity increasing our productivity on a daily basis, without the expert help from Rectify IT this would not have been possible.
